Step off the grid and into the elements. Salt & Steam is a guided coastal experience that blends sea kayaking, wood-fired sauna, and cold-water immersion into one unforgettable ritual. Paddle along Nova Scotia’s rugged shoreline, explore quiet coves and open ocean, then return to shore where a cedar sauna awaits—crackling fire, rising steam, and the Atlantic just steps away. Cycle between heat and cold: warm your body in the sauna, then plunge into the sea. Repeat, reset, and reconnect. To finish, we slow things down with fresh oysters and a glass of wine, served seaside. This is more than a tour—it’s a full-body coastal reset. No experience necessary. Just bring a sense of adventure.

Half Experience (2.5 hrs paddle + sauna)
$149 plus HST per person
Minimum: 4 participants
Full Experience (4 hrs paddle + sauna + oysters/wine)
$189 plus HST per person
